Days, 5x8s; Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities (approximately 1-2 weekdays a week and 1 weekend per month).
Job Description
The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will be part of an on-call rotation, answering patient inquiries and conducting after-hours visits as needed. The RN will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery. Responsibilities
Provide nursing assessments and care for patients in a home health setting. Participate in on-call rotation duties, answering calls and addressing patient needs. Document patient care and progress in accordance with policies and regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; home health experience preferred. Active state RN license or compact license required. BLS certification required. Why ARMStaffing?
