We are seeking experienced Sr. Superintendents to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

Project Location & Travel
The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region
Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel
Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

The Role The Senior Superintendent oversees multiple Superintendents and field teams, ensuring safety excellence, schedule certainty, and quality execution across a campus-scale hyperscale data center program. This role partners closely with Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, and Owners to deliver predictable results across a 2–5 year project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior field leadership across multiple buildings or project phases
Lead and mentor Superintendents and Area Superintendents
Drive master schedule adherence and milestone delivery
Enforce industry-leading safety and quality standards
Resolve high-impact sequencing and field execution challenges
Coordinate closely with executive project leadership and owners
Support long-term workforce and subcontractor planning
Qualifications
12+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
Prior hyperscale data center or mission-critical leadership strongly preferred
Deep understanding of MEP-intensive construction sequencing
Proven ability to lead large teams across multi-year programs
Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment
