We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead and support enterprise-wide IAM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in IAM, with deep expertise in Centrify (now Delinea), Linux systems, and enterprise security frameworks. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions that align with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud). Lead the deployment and administration of
Centrify/Delinea
for privileged access management (PAM). Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures. Integrate IAM systems with Linux-based infrastructure and enterprise applications. Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues. Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, threats, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management. Strong expertise in
Centrify/Delinea
and
Linux system administration . Proficiency with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos). Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar. Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture and NIST cybersecurity frameworks. Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Delinea Certified Professional). Experience with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM). Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in secure environments.
