Must Have
- Current Health Insurance Customer Experience
- Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad
- Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts.

- Discipline 1: 5 years in Performance Testing
- Discipline 2 Required: Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner
Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, etc.)
- 5 to 8 years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests, including:
- Ability to write scripts to automate test cases and integrate NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad
- Experience in integrating NeoLoad with Selenium to combine real browser-based testing with protocol-level load testing, enabling end-to-end performance validation.
- Experience with performance testing concepts and techniques, types of system performance tests and their goals
- Experience with the following performance testing toolsets: OpenText Performance Center / LoadRunner, Datadog
- Experience with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Experience with Jira
- Proven proficiency with: SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong understanding with system and application monitoring concepts
- Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization and Database concepts.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, quality assurance life cycle and testing methodologies
