Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards to track product and user health.
- Proactively identify usage trends and communicate relevant insights to assist product decision-making.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Growth to drive actionable data requirements.
- Automate and optimize data pipelines using SQL and/or Python-based ETL Frameworks.
- Maintain technical standards and platform documentation (i.e., data dictionary, style guide, ERD).
- Assist in growing the business’ usage of Business Intelligence tools to drive efficiency in reporting.
- Diagnose platform performance gaps and provide recommendations to improve scale.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience working with large scale data, developing innovative data solutions in a cloud environment.
- Demonstrated experience incepting and driving projects independently.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Extensive experience with BI platforms (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration platforms (i.e., Airflow, MuleSoft, SnapLogic).
- Ability to optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and database design methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Databricks (on Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Compensation
- $70.43 per hour.
