About the location An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens Riviera, reborn. At the sophisticated Athens Riviera, at the tip of a pine‑clad peninsula, Four Seasons offers the best of both worlds: a laid‑back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre. Discover the wonders of ancient civilisation at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travellers, and the highly personalised, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on‑site F&B operations (8 restaurants and bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

Front Office Supervisor
for the
Season 2026
(minimum 6 or 7 months contract).
What You Will Do
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: all hotel features/services, hours of operation; the history of the building, all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location; all room rates, special packages and promotions; daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status for any given day and scheduled daily group activities / VIPs and all Residence types and features.
Perform any reasonable task as requested by management.
Coordinate with relevant associates and department to create a memorable arrival experience.
Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
Check out guests at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction.
Offer assistance with hotel room orientation in line with Four Seasons standards and Leading Quality Assurance Standards in a warm friendly manner while using the guest name.
Have a thorough knowledge of the Front Office systems & processes, such as Opera, Visionline, HotSoS, Key, Mobile App, Mobile key.
Monitor arrivals, departures, room extensions, late check outs, queue rooms, etc. and communicate them accordingly.
Have an in‑depth knowledge of all our room products in order to perform room assignment.
Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
Daily tasks to include blocking the house, managing queue rooms and communication related to queue rooms, managing traces as well as late check out and early check in requests.
Ensure the hotel is set up for success by appropriately blocking guestrooms and balancing room types to enhance revenue opportunities.
Ensure inventory across Property Management System (Opera) is in balance and take corrective action in the event of variances.
Block VIPs into upgraded room types while allocating the proper number of rooms to be reserved for upgrades performed by the front desk that generate revenue.
Assign all Suite reservations 3 months in advance.
Manage Out of Order and Out of Service rooms’ inventory, following up with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Desk and updating Revenue Management team.
Handle guest concerns, special requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, turning challenges into service recovery opportunities.
Monitor upcoming arrivals and departures to ensure proper room allocation and guest preferences are anticipated.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
