Tom Foolery’s Supervisor
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Tom Foolery’s Supervisor.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure guests enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable experience throughout the indoor theme park.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to

guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all rides are inspected daily.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel, theme park, or related field; or a 2‑year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
