The Clinical Program Lead is responsible for managing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services for all programs, ensuring that the hospital delivers a high level of therapy services that meets the patients’ needs and follows all regulatory standards.

Job Duties

Develops and implements a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the clinical program and to identify areas for improvement; ensures that all clinical program activities comply with all regulatory standards

Reviews therapy documentation by Therapists and Recreation Therapists and reports data to the Performance Improvement Committee on a regular basis

Provides leadership to Clinical Services team to meet established clinical and performance improvement goals; monitors effectiveness of treatment modalities and implements necessary changes as recommended by the Professional Staff; ensures all appropriate clinical information is transmitted to referring Physicians and Therapists

Ensures all clinical staff receive department orientation and other appropriate training; provides direct supervision and coaching of clinical staff, including Therapist, Recreation Therapists, and Discharge Planner; provides a formal writing performance evaluation of all clinical staff

Qualifications Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related field

Three (3) years’ experience working with adolescents and adults

Prior supervisor experience in healthcare setting required; inpatient and outpatient setting preferred
