Join the team at All About Ultrasound as an Ultrasound Technologist supporting the Long Beach VA Health Care System. Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking professionals in a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) environment.
Responsibilities
Independently operate equipment to perform complex sonographic examinations.
Review requisitions to ensure patient history and anatomical area are consistent with exam(s) requested.
Conduct examinations of abdomen, chest, neck, carotid artery, leg vein, and artery.
Assist radiologists during invasive procedures and perform gynecological ultrasound exams.
Perform quantitative Doppler measurements to determine blood flow profiles.
Use color flow/power Doppler appropriately to evaluate vascular patency/patterns.
Qualifications
Current and valid ARDMS license; licensed in at least two of the following advanced disciplines: Abdomen, OB/GYN, RVT.
Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of two years of diagnostic medical sonography experience.
No sponsorship available.
Physical Requirements
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
Lift up to 20 lbs.
Carry up to 40 lbs at a reasonable distance.
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
Compensation Pay: $55.00 hourly
