Details Of This Position Responsibilities / Duties

Full‑time Mental Health Clinician Associate Level - Ellie Mental Health in Fishers, Indiana

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.

Target caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps.

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Other responsibilities as needed. A sense of humor will certainly help as well!

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field from an accredited college.

Associate clinical licensure (LMHCA, LSW, AMFT).

Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is a plus.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

Timely completion and submission of documentation of services and other required documents.

General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Proficient use of typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.

Pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.

Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.

Compensation $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
