What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Territory Manager to ensure effective case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients
Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
Educate customers on the proper clinical usage and benefits of company products
Engage with customers to identify their clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products
Transfer account knowledge and relevant information to the local Territory Manager weekly
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry
Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business communication
Thorough knowledge of the medical device market and customer base
Ability to maintain good working relationships while handling sensitive and confidential matters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a medical-related field
Medical training (e.g., RN, cath lab technician) preferred
Previous experience in the Cardiovascular space, engaging with Interventional Cardiologists and clinical staff
Experience providing clinical education and training to staff members
Familiarity with vessel closure products is preferred
