is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
School‑Based Therapist
to join our team for part or full‑time work. The therapist will provide direct mental health services to students within the school setting, helping them address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that impact their academic success and overall well‑being. Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and peer relationships. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Respond to crises and provide interventions to ensure student safety and well‑being. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss student progress and interventions. Collaborate and regularly communicate with teachers, counselors, and school administrators to identify and address student needs. Stay current with best practices in school‑based therapy and mental health services. Primarily work with students during the school day in the classroom or school office; additional support may be provided before/after school, early evening, or at home. Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources to connect students and families with additional support services. Adjust schedule and location of services during school break times as needed. Promote a positive, inclusive environment that fosters student growth and well‑being. Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; licensable in Indiana. Current temporary or associate license (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) or clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining compliance standards. Understanding of childhood development, trauma‑informed care, and behavioral interventions. Compensation & Benefits
