Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
Handle multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic preferred).
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, Washington).
Three years of phlebotomy experience (inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) required.
Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record if applicable.
Commuting within a 45‑minute window; available to work multiple locations with minimal notice.
Must be on time, stay for entire shift; excessive absenteeism/tardiness not tolerated.
Additional Job Details The rate is based on years of direct experience as listed in the resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice.
The manager will review resumes with 2.5 years of experience.
Candidate must have reliable transportation (bus, Uber, or rideshare not considered reliable).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled.
