Acquisitions Specialist Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Acquisitions Specialist who wants to learn and grow in real estate investment while working inside a structured, results-driven environment. You will focus on sourcing properties, analyzing investment opportunities, and building relationships with both homeowners and investors. Responsibilities
Find acquisition properties
Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
Investment property lead generation
Investment property lead follow‑up
Listing appointments
Investment property buyer and seller sales
Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Qualifications
Good first impression and phone skills
Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience
Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Compensation $160,000 at plan
