JR100025**Position Summary:** The Manager of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Programs & Governance is responsible for ensuring that the Corporate Real Estate function operates with strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and strong governance standards. This role will administer CRE’s first line of defense program by overseeing cross-functional departments, establish and develop/ monitor tailored performance metrics, manage governance frameworks, and deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership. In addition, this role will work closely with the Head of Corporate Real Estate to ensure that initiatives are prioritized, resources are optimized, and outcomes align with enterprise goals.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*****Strategic Alignment & Program Oversight**** Partner with the Head of Corporate Real Estate to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and initiatives across the CRE portfolio.* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major CRE programs, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with corporate priorities.* Serve as a central coordination point between CRE and other corporate functions including Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Risk.***Governance & Compliance**** Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.* Monitor adherence to governance processes, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.* Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external auditors to support scheduled and ad hoc audits, provide required documentation, and ensure timely resolution of findings or recommendations.* Facilitate decision-making processes by ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged at appropriate points.***Operational Excellence & KPI Management**** Oversee and coordinate daily business operations within Corporate Real Estate, including portfolio management, lease administration, workplace operations, and capital project delivery.* Ensure operational practices are efficient, compliant, and customer-focused, driving a high-quality workplace experience for employees and business units.* Establish, track, and regularly report on KPIs measuring operational performance and strategic impact including metrics such as occupancy costs, space utilization, project delivery timelines, vendor performance, sustainability achievements, and employee workplace satisfaction.* Use KPI insights to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risks, and work with CRE leaders to implement corrective or optimization actions.* Create dashboards and analytics tools to provide real-time portfolio and performance visibility to leadership.***Executive Reporting & Communications**** Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling executive reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership meetings.* Translate complex CRE data and initiatives into business-relevant insights and recommendations for decision* Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management* Act as a trusted liaison between Corporate Real Estate and key business units, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and outcomes.* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, external vendors, and strategic service providers.* Represent the Head of Corporate Real Estate in selected meetings, working groups, and enterprise-level forums.**Qualifications Required:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field* 7-10 years of experience in corporate real estate, program management, governance, or business administration/ operations.* Solid understanding of CRE functions including portfolio strategy, workplace experience, lease administration, and facilities management.* Experience working with internal and external auditors, including preparing audit documentation and implementing recommendations.* Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational performance tracking.* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for executive audiences.* Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.* High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.* Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word Processing, PowerPoint, and Excel* Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities***Physical Demands and Work Environment***: The office environment at TCH is generally favorable with adequate lighting and temperature. The role is primarily office-based, with standard equipment available, though some travel may be required.
