STAFF ACCOUNTANT STARTING PAY: $30.39 - $33.54 PER HOUR DOE
This position will provide support and assist with each job function in the Finance Department. The Staff Accountant will directly assist the Finance Director and Senior Assistant Finance Director by completing various daily operational tasks. Will assist with accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, budget, fixed assets and grants management. This will include, but not limited to, data entry into the financial system and Excel, create spreadsheets, financial reports and budget documents. Will be a back-up in the case where Finance Specialists, Procurement, Payroll Manager, Procurement Administrator and Grants Administrator are not available. This employee must be a self-starter, reliable, detail oriented, and professional with excellent customer service skills. Employee must demonstrate intermediate computer and office skills. Employee may be required to work irregular hours and attend job related meetings. This employee will also have other duties as assigned due to the nature of the position.
