Kelly® Professional & Industrial is partnering with a leading industrial filtration manufacturer in Lima, NY to add Manufacturing Associates to their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady work with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 – $20.50 per hour
Position Type:
Temp-to-hire
Shift Information
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1–2 weeks, based on availability)
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate production equipment used to fabricate filter components
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications
Assemble parts accurately and perform routine quality inspections
Record production data and report any issues
Use hand and power tools safely
Handle materials, including lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs
What We’re Looking For
Individuals comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to cross‑train in multiple departments (such as pleating, cores, or slitting)
Ability to comply with PPE requirements, including steel or composite toe footwear
