Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Portland, OR. This role involves performing diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance on heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and other related equipment. Technicians will prioritize providing excellent customer service, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring the satisfaction of all clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards while delivering quality work.

Qualifications

Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues

Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction

EPA certification or equivalent qualifications in HVAC systems

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in an on‑site, physical environment in varying weather conditions

Effective communication and time management skills

Previous experience or training in the HVAC industry is preferred

Relevant certifications or licenses associated with HVAC systems are a plus
