Build the core infrastructure that powers perception, planning, and control in our AI‑driven robotic systems Design systems and interfaces between AI models, robotic hardware, and human operators, working across the stack from robot‑facing services to real‑time agent orchestration Collaborate closely with machine learning and robotic engineers to ship production‑ready systems Help define and shape our engineering culture, roadmap, and processes What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional robotics software engineering experience, or equivalent depth through exceptional projects/startups Strong experience with Python and a proven track record building production‑grade systems and maintaining them at scale Experience building and scaling real‑time systems data pipelines or experience working and integrating AI/ML models Experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), distributed systems, and real‑time control Comfort working across system boundaries (e.g., ML, robotics, cloud, hardware) High agency and bias toward action — able to move quickly with clear code and ownership Adaptable, execution‑focused, and thrives in the fast pace and ambiguity of startup life Compensation
Salary: $100K - $250K Equity: 0.50% - 2.00% Seniority level
