to join our Harrison on 5th community in Columbus, Ohio, and help us support our associates through every stage of their journey with us. What You’ll Do As an HR Specialist, you’ll be the on-site partner for associates and leaders, providing guidance and support in areas such as: Handling day-to-day employee relations issues with fairness and professionalism Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new associates Administering HR policies, programs, and procedures consistently across the community Ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies Building trusted relationships with associates while fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and Legendary Hospitality What We’re Looking For Minimum of
2 years of prior HR experience
, with a focus on employee relations Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is
