Phantom Works Proprietary Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate/Experienced) – Berkeley, MO Position Responsibilities
Develop, integrate and document structural requirements to establish the system design Guide product design and verify structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment Develop test plans and configurations, support test execution and analyze/report test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications Define and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace/Aeronautical or Material Sciences) Level 2: 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Level 3: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). An active clearance in the past 24 months is considered active Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required post start Special Access Program (SAP) is required post start Experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) tools (NASTRAN, PATRAN) Experience with aerospace stress analysis and/or structural analysis Additional Information
