What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the configuration, optimization, and governance of payroll platforms and integrations
Lead payroll data analysis, reconciliations, audits, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll laws and multi‑jurisdictional regulations
Serve as a senior subject matter expert for payroll systems and provide guidance to stakeholders
Mentor and support team members in Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of U.S. payroll operations and payroll systems experience
Deep expertise in payroll compliance, system configuration, and vendor management
Strong analytical background with advanced reporting and reconciliation capabilities
Experience with UKGPro payroll platform configuration as a Systems Analyst or System Administrator
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or Information Systems
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Experience with Deltek T&E and Costpoint
International payroll exposure
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
