Do you have a bachelor’s degree in management, training, education, or a related field?
Do you have at least five years of experience in corporate training, coaching, operations, or a call center environment, including supervisory experience?
Do you have at least three years of direct experience managing a post-training/nesting/incubation program or a dedicated coaching team?
Do you currently hold, or intend to hold, any FINRA licenses if employed by SoFi (e.g., Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 99, etc.)?
Are you located within a reasonable commute of any of our listed office locations?
