Pay:
$35–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week with possible overtime
Job Summary Seeking an experienced Rock Crusher / Foreman to lead daily rock crushing and/or sand screening operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, and production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and oversee rock crushing and/or sand screening equipment
Supervise crew and daily job‑site operations
Ensure safe, efficient production and meet output goals
Perform basic inspections and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Experience in rock crushing and/or sand screening
Foreman or lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations
Ability to lead a crew and enforce safety standards
Pay & Benefits
$35–$40/hour depending on experience
Overtime opportunities
