PACKAGING COORDINATOR

Coordinates material offloading with shipping to ensure daily production supplies are available. Performs weekly physical inventory of packaging materials within the plant to compare with SAP inventory. Advises purchasing material shortages or unusual usages reconciling an d troubleshooting packaging inventory daily , performing d ata entry, an d issuing packaging supply items from the store room. Follows the exchange program for personnel items, maintaining supply logs, con d ucting cycle an d inventory counts, an d ensuring security measures are followe d . Meet with supervisors on packaging needs. Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent , preferred but not required Skills/Abilities Required : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in SAP preferred M ust be able to work flexible hours , including some Saturdays and Sundays Strong verbal and written communication skills
