Logisolve is seeking a QA Lead for a 6+ month contract with our Medical Device client in MN. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual testing and be a very collaborative person with great communication. Location: hybrid-3 days a week (Maple Grove or Arden Hills, MN) - MUST be local to MN at the time of applying. Compensation:

The QA Lead provides quality leadership across complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, including new product launches, enterprise system implementations, system integrations, and other transformational programs in a regulated medical device environment. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Operations to ensure quality, and process adherence across the end-to-end IT delivery lifecycle. The position emphasizes process-driven execution, program-level quality oversight, and hands-on test leadership across enterprise and regulated IT systems. Key responsibilities

Provide end-to-end quality leadership across IT programs involving product launches, enterprise system implementations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Lead QA activities across multiple IT workstreams, ensuring alignment of quality deliverables across applications, integrations, data flows, and business processes. Partner with Program Managers to integrate quality milestones, dependencies, validation activities, and risk management into overall program plans. Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure business and system requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and compliant with regulatory and quality standards. Lead quality integration and process harmonization efforts for IT systems, including validation gap assessments, SDLC alignment, and documentation standardization. Ensure system and release readiness, including system validation, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and quality readiness assessments. Drive process adherence and continuous improvement across Agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring compliance is embedded throughout the IT lifecycle. Identify, assess, and communicate quality, compliance, and delivery risks related to IT systems and integrations, escalating issues appropriately and supporting informed go/no-go decisions. Establish and maintain quality governance, metrics, and reporting for IT initiatives, providing clear, data-driven visibility to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications

Required qualifications: Experience in IT quality assurance within the medical device or regulated healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT programs, system implementations, integrations, product launches, or M&A-related IT initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile, or hybrid delivery models. Proven ability to lead QA efforts in matrixed, cross-functional IT environments. Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
