Overview The Multi-Modality Technologist, under the direction of the radiologist, performs diagnostic imaging exams and procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Complies with ALARA and all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care for the patient.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of a formal Radiology program with associated certificate or degree.
Licensure/Certifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registered or eligible.
IEMA License in Radiology.
Cross-trained into CT.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Amerian Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registered or eligible. Cross-trained into CT or Mammography.
