Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Apartment Leasing Professional
who thrives in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.
The role includes touring properties, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and communicate community features and benefits.
Guide prospective residents through application, leasing, and move‑in processes.
Process lease agreements, renewals, and move‑in documentation.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and in person.
Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Qualifications
Minimum 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience.
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
