Role Description

The Associate will handle research, case preparation, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. They will work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and client consultation while ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Experience in preparing legal documents, drafting briefs, and reviewing contracts
Oral advocacy and client representation skills, including court presentation abilities
Knowledge of criminal, civil, and administrative law is highly valued
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar license in Arizona
Prior law firm or comparable legal experience preferred
