OVERVIEW
La Garconne is seeking a Stockroom Manager at our Tribeca flagship store to maintain/monitor accurate inventory levels, track all items received and shipped and ensure the stockroom is organized at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies and implementing procedures to prevent loss and maintain accuracy.
Work closely with Store Manager and Ecommerce group to track and prioritize which incoming shipments should be received and processed on a daily basis.
Oversee accurate and timely inter-store transfers.
Ensure online order fulfillments are completed on a timely basis.
Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.
Consistently communicate inventory related issues with rest of company.
Replenish supplies required for the stockroom (i.e., shopping bag, garment bags, hangers, hang tags, etc.)
Recruit, train, schedule and manage stockroom staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of retail stockroom management experience required.
Luxury fashion e-commerce experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Must be available to work on weekends.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Physically fit for manual handling of stock.
