As a driver of our quoting pipeline, the Quotations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating the bidding quotation process for customer requests and projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while aligning with sales and profitability objectives.

Shift Monday‑Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Irregular business hours and occasional weekends based on business needs.

We're Looking for a Team Player Who

Analyzes project blueprints to identify specifications for preparing a bill of materials.

Formulates unique pricing strategies in collaboration with sales and management representatives.

Submits project bid proposals accurately and within deadlines.

Monitors ordering activities associated with bid projects to ensure pricing and terms accuracy.

Communicates proactively with customers throughout the quotation/bid process.

Stays informed about inventory, including appropriate product substitutions.

Develops and enhances product knowledge, attending relevant training classes.

Negotiates special pricing contracts and maintains accurate documentation.

Fosters effective working relationships with Sales Associates, Inside Sales Associates, and support personnel.

Exchanges customers' needs information timely.

What You Bring

Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent on-the-job experience as determined by Echo Electric.

3+ years of experience with electrical and lighting products and other related project material.

Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Ability to accurately read blueprints and spec layouts.

Strong attention to details and demonstrated follow‑up skills.

Demonstrated time management and organization skills, including planning and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong customer service orientation.

Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
