About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk I to support our accounting and warehouse teams. This role helps keep inventory accurate by reviewing documentation, tracking receipts, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll report to the Controller and work closely with warehouse staff and accounting partners to ensure everything stays organized and accurate.
What You’ll Do
Review and sign off on daily receiving batches from the warehouse
Maintain the Arizona Daily Receiving Log
Audit receiving logs twice a month and help resolve discrepancies
Identify and research receiving and breakage discrepancies
Process inventory adjustments and below-threshold breakage issues
Complete code-to-code movements and layer adjustments after approval
Provide Bills of Lading (BOL) to receives as needed
Assist with other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Accurate data entry skills with 10-key by touch
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Team-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Two years of general accounting experience through on-the-job training or formal education
