Responsibilities
Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team to develop and implement customized therapy plans. Apply Creativity in Therapy using play-based and naturalistic strategies. Guide Children’s Progress and help them succeed in educational and social settings. Document and Track Development by maintaining accurate progress records. Uphold Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment in a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Ability to perform physical requirements (lifting/carrying, movement, and sustained positions) and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. Safety background check and drug test at time of hire.
