Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills/Qualifications
Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification (required for vehicles weighing >10,000 lbs.) Age 21 years or older Documentation of previous employment Physical ability to meet job requirements High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; military service acceptable Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Benefits
