About The Role As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests including HVAC maintenance and light repairs. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all systems operate in the most efficient manner.
Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion.
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job‑related experience; a combination of experience and education may also be considered.
Valid driver’s license required.
EPA/CFC Universal‑608 certification preferred.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
Professional communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills; ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation The minimum salary for this position is $95,000 per year and the maximum salary is $104,000 per year, depending on education, training, and experience.
