We’re expanding and looking for a Senior Fleet Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance inspections, road test vehicles, and mentor junior technicians.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues in heavy‑duty vehicles.

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and road tests.

Mentor junior technicians.

Comply with all Federal and State compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

4+ years of experience in automotive/heavy truck maintenance.

Class B Commercial Driver’s License (preferred).

Prior training or experience in heavy‑duty electrical systems diagnostics.

CFC 609 Certification.

Basic welding skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

Pass post‑offer drug test, physical and background check.

Lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Compensation

Base Pay: $38–$45/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
