Position Summary The Value Lead in the Value Delivery Office (VDO) is responsible for ensuring that all strategic initiatives and programs deliver comprehensive, measurable value across financial and non‑financial dimensions. This role leads the design and implementation of a 360‑degree value management framework that aligns with enterprise strategy and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Working cross‑functionally with business units, finance, and executive leadership, the Value Lead defines value objectives, sets performance targets, and tracks outcomes related to financial impact, customer and employee experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and talent development. By bringing structure, transparency, and accountability to value delivery, the Value Lead enables data‑driven decision‑making and ensures that investments consistently generate meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy a 360‑degree value management framework that captures both tangible (financial, operational) and intangible (customer experience, sustainability, talent development) benefits.

Establish and oversee processes for value tracking, value realization, and performance measurement across all IT and business initiatives.

Develop value realization plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs.

Establish and maintain value tracking frameworks and dashboards.

Track and report the performance and outcomes of VDO programs using clearly defined metrics; proactively address gaps and risks.

Provide insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders to enhance value realization.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to define value objectives and set initiative‑specific performance targets.

Work closely with Finance, HR, Sustainability, Customer Experience, and other key departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and integration of value metrics.

Use data‑driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and optimization of existing programs.

Promote a value‑centric culture across the organization.

Ensure that value initiatives support the overarching strategic goals of the organization, acting as a liaison between VDO and executive leadership.

Communicate the value story internally and externally through dashboards, presentations, and reports that articulate both the financial impact and broader organizational benefits.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on value expectations and delivery.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on value‑related matters.

Skills

Experience with enterprise transformation programs or portfolio management.

Experience with frameworks such as Lean Portfolio Management or OKRs.

Strategic thinking with the ability to connect initiatives to enterprise‑wide goals.

Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and ROI analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to influence and lead without formal authority and drive change in complex environments.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Change management and continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5‑7 years of experience in value management, strategic planning, business transformation, or program management.

Demonstrated ability to implement frameworks for tracking financial and non‑financial benefits.

Experience working across business and technical teams.

Experience implementing OKRs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with complex organizations or federated enterprise models.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Governance, or related discipline.

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI‑ACP, ICP‑APM).

Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).

Familiarity with IT Financial Management principles.

Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools or benefit realization frameworks.

Pay Range: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00

Work Shift: Day (MON‑FRI, 8:30 AM‑5 PM, 7.5 HOURS a day)
