About the Quality Assurance Associate. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards within a print/mail environment. Key duties include sampling the quality of work for all clients, entering data from prepared materials into our QMS system, and collaborating with the QC team to achieve productivity targets. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide support during audits, client visits, and uphold high quality standards. A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, self-confidence, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Mail sorting and operating machines

Scanning incoming and outgoing mail

Assist in the identification root cause regarding errors from mailroom

Work independently but be a team player

Performs clerical task functions as needed

Meet mail-out deadlines including reviewing rejects before mail-out

Operates alpha/numeric key machine

Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Able to pass background and have a high school diploma or GED

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy

Can use Microsoft applications such as Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook

Can escalate issues to management and take the lead in de-escalating problems and adequately documenting.

Must be detail-oriented, a problem solver, adept at data analysis, skilled in time management, and proficient in conflict resolution

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,200-$39,000.
