Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in the Greater Houston area. The Project Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, managing project budgets, and overseeing project estimation processes. Tasks include preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing blueprints and project plans, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy. The role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers effectively. Qualifications
Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus Seniority level
