✨ San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills. Pay:
Rate starting at $72,000 per year; $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Clinical position paid out at 3 and 6 Months! Perks and Benefits:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs. Conduct clinical assessment, service planning, record keeping, and service coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment plans on an individual, family, and group basis. Document and assess the effectiveness of interventions toward treatment goals. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in crisis intervention when needed. Prepare monthly progress notes and discharge summaries. Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns as assigned. Collaborate closely with education, residential, and clinical leadership to support student outcomes. Requirements
Empathy, patience, and respect with a genuine desire to work with at-risk adolescents. Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. Current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years. Licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and experience working in a residential setting or with at-risk adolescent populations. Familiarity with navigating an Electronic Health Records system, preferably EXYM. Strong communication, written, and organizational skills. Effective time management and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience:
1 year working with at-risk populations in a residential setting. Schedule / Hours / Shifts
