Perform assigned nursing duties in a geriatric outpatient setting. Care for patients with complex wounds, medication needs, respiratory support, glucose monitoring, and comfort care. Assist RN, MD, or DO in care planning, medication administration, and patient assessment. Document care and monitor patient status promptly. Qualifications
U.S. citizenship required. Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program. Full, active, current, and unrestricted LPN license in a U.S. state or territory. Proficient in spoken and written English. Preferred Experience
Geriatric experience. Clinic experience. Physical Requirements
Must lift 30 lbs or more; standing, walking, bending, and twisting almost constantly during the day. Benefits
