Ultrasound Technologist Pool

Summary Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures and is responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical duties, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation, and other related duties as necessary.
Education
Associate's degree in Ultrasound or equivalent educational experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in Ultrasound or equivalent educational experience.
Certification or valid credential in Ultrasound: RDMS (Sonography) within 1 year; AART (Radiologic Technologists) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Regulatory Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or equivalent credential.
ARRT Radiography credential.
Credentials
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Reg Diagnostic Med Sonographer
ARRT Radiography
RDMS (Sonography) – within 1 year
AART (Radiologic Technologists)
Experience Nonessential: Hospital-related experience and experience with ultrasound.
