What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain relationships with life science clients to achieve sales targets
Deliver a diverse portfolio of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE) projects
Lead cross-functional teams to execute statements of work and provide strategic consultation
Serve as a principal HEOR subject matter expert and contribute to scientific publications and thought leadership
Manage project staff and ensure quality and accuracy of final deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 10 years of progressive experience in HEOR/RWE projects with life science customers
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams to meet sales and revenue goals
In-depth expertise in health economics or related subject matter
Strong track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Proven situational leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Experience in analyzing healthcare research and conveying findings effectively
