Full Time Registered Nurse for Home Health - Mason, TX The Home Health - Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. They will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate nursing care. The Home Health - Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention. Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop care plans Implement and evaluate nursing care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient progress Provide education to patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care Adhere to all nursing standards and procedures Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Experience in home health or hospice care preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits
