Responsibilities
Assesses and diagnoses patients’ and families’ needs to provide quality care.
Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS)
RQi Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $28.03 – $44.85 per hour.
