On Time Ambulance
On Time Ambulance is seeking compassionate and caring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for full‑time and part‑time opportunities. This position provides medical transportation and patient care while driving ambulances.
Base Pay Range $22.60/hr – $23.75/hr
$1,000 Retention Bonus + Overnight Differential

Essential Duties
Provides basic life support, including patient assessment, airway management, use of the automatic defibrillator
Drive ambulances, transporting patients to and from various medical facilities and/or homes in non‑emergency and emergency situations
Providing oxygen therapy to patients
Lifting stretchers and securing patients for transport
Communicate with patients, caregivers, and family members in a compassionate manner
Communicate with medical facility staff regarding patient condition
Regularly communicate with dispatcher regarding transportation status and provide critical information
Document transportation activities, ensuring accurate information is documented
Maintain clean and orderly vehicle and supplies in the ambulance
Clean and disinfect equipment between patients
Job Requirements
EMT certification required
Must have a BLS CPR certification for health care providers (OAT can provide)
Driver’s license in good standing (if hired as a driver)
Must meet LogistiCare approval as a condition of employment
Lift requirements 150 lbs.
The recruiter will provide additional details regarding new EMT course tuition reimbursement eligibility. Full‑time positions may be eligible for a retention bonus.
Pay Transparency The above reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the selected candidate will depend on several factors, including educational background, skills, and professional experience. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for clinical certification pay and/or shift differentials.
