is growing, and we are looking for an experienced
Veterinary Assistant
to join our team!
In this role, you’ll assist during appointments, help prepare patients for surgery, perform dental cleanings, and assist during procedures. You’ll help keep medical records updated, follow treatment plans, answer client questions, and help the team stay organized and on schedule. This role is perfect for someone who wants to practice at the top of their skillset and enjoys working with both pets and people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week and availability required on Saturdays.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
Compensation:
$24-27 per hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus package:
$500 for those with 3+ years of consecutive, current experience

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Proficiency in the following skills:
Venipuncture and cystocentesis
Placing IV catheters and administering injections
Anesthetic monitoring
Dental prophy and radiographs
In house lab processing and microscopy
