Provide safe, attentive nursing care to residents Monitor health changes and report to RNs/physicians Administer medications and treatments Supervise CNAs and ensure care plan compliance Accurately document care and resident updates Maintain a clean, safe environment Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members Full-Time Benefits
