Job Title:
Network Construction Manager – Fiber/Small Cell Location:
Doral, FL (Hybrid: WFH Monday/Friday, in-office Tuesday-Thursday) This is an office-based role responsible for coordinating fiber circuit implementation, managing splicing vendors, reviewing POs and invoices, and ensuring accurate project delivery. The role supports the network construction team by improving billing processes, reviewing splice packages, and assisting with reporting and milestone tracking. Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Responsibilities
Prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices for splicing work Assist with project financials, milestone management, and invoicing accuracy Track project deliverables, deadlines, and report progress/issues Review and distribute splice packages as required Communicate with vendors regarding splicing work and billing Support administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project billing, splicing coordination, or related network construction administration Proficiency with POs, invoices, and project billing processes Familiarity with engineering drawings and fiber splicing High School Diploma or equivalent Skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills Effective communication with vendors and team members Detail-oriented and able to track multiple projects simultaneously Seniority level
