Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and put your exceptional knowledge and understanding of home lending products to good use by serving as your customers’ chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan. The Home Lending team supports you by sharing demonstrated knowledge in this area of specialization. You will adhere to all regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting the financial products offered by Chase. Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts. Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and functions within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer’s financial needs and goals. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of real estate market in local area Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment Regulatory and Compliance

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries. It is also subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, including review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors to determine financial responsibility and fitness. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate. Continued employment depends on compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.
